What Each Status Means

Sent — The referral has been sent from your dentist to the specialist.
Received — The specialist office has received and acknowledged the referral.
Accepted — The specialist has agreed to see you. You should receive a call to schedule.
Scheduled — Your appointment with the specialist has been confirmed.
Completed — Your specialist visit is complete.
Report Returned — The specialist has sent treatment notes back to your referring dentist.
