About Egbert, Gregory W
Dr. Egbert has been in practice in Salt Lake City since 1988. He serves as the division chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at both St. Marks Hospital, and the Intermountain Medical Center. He is on staff at the University of Utah Medical Center where he is an associate professor of surgery. He not only teaches the dental residents but works closely with both the Plastics and Otolaryngology departments with major oncological and facial reconstruction cases. Dr. Egbert specializes in Orthognathic Surgery (jaw surgery), but he is also well trained and performs the wide variety of other oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures, including: dental implants, extraction of wisdom teeth, facial trauma and infections, expose and bracket procedures, biopsies, chin and cheek implants, etc.
