About Foehr John C
Dr. John Foehr is a full service general and cosmetic dentist that services the Bloomington/Normal area that received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Loyola University School of Dentistry. Dr. Foehr has achieved fellowship and mastership status in the Academy of General Dentistry. These postdoctoral designations are conferred after the completion of a minimum of 1,100 hours of continuing education beyond the dental degree and passage of a board examination. In addition Dr. Foehr has earned fellowship status in The International Congress of Oral Implantololgy. Dr. Foehr is Past President of the Mclean County Dental Society (MCDS) and for eight years served as Chair of the MCDS Peer Review Committee. In 1994 Dr. Foehr received the President's award from the Mclean County Dental Society for outstanding contributions in dentistry. He holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Biological Sciences from Southern Illinois University. Since 1977 he has practiced dentistry in Bloomington/Normal where he resides with his wife, Regina.
