About Pettinato Dental Care Inc

Dr Pettinato became interested in dentistry when he was 8 years old. He fell in love with the artistic side of the profession and knew he could make a significant impact on the quality of life of many people from all walks of life. He also discovered that genuine caring is the driving force behind a job well done. Today, he remains dedicated to the science and the objectives of comprehensive dental care and to treating every single patient with the utmost gentleness, professionalism, integrity, respect and compassion - as he would treat a friend or family member." Dr. Pettinato graduated from Syracuse University in 1990 and completed his dental school training at Temple University School of Dentistry in 1994. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry(achieved Fellowship status in 2010), American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Pennsylvania Academy of General Dentistry, PEAK Pennsylvania study club, and several local dental organizations. He has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry since 1994 and in his current solo practice since 2001. Dr. Pettinato lives in Clarks Summit, PA with his wife Maggie and 2 sons Matt and Cameron. He enjoys reading, golf, coaching his sons, cooking and movies. Along with Dr Pettinato, our staff is committed to making your dental health care a comfortable and pleasant experience. Patty Muto is our Certified Dental Assistant. Patty has been a dental assistant since 1990. She lives in Jessup, PA. She has one son James. Patty has a wonderful attitude and personality that helps patients feel comfortable and welcome during their visits. Jean Swire is our Registered Dental Hygienist. Jean has been a dental hygienist since 1992. She lives in Montrose, PA. She has two daughters Robyn & Jennifer. Jean has a great passion for her job and takes great pride in helping people keep their smiles healthy for a lifetime.
