We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.FinancialIt is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. In addition, monthly payment plans are available with no finance charges.We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.InsuranceIf your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. We are a preferred provider for most insurances. Dr. Lobat Zainalis practice is limited to the dental specialty of orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics for children, adolescents and adults. Only dentists who have completed advanced specialty education programs may call themselves an orthodontist.Dr. Zainali and her husband of over 25 years have two children, Niki and Dariush. They make family time a priority. Dr. Zainali enjoys painting and reading books and spending time with her children. One thing our patients have commented frequently on is that they really appreciate their orthodontic experience with Dr. Zainali because of her personal touch. Dr. Zainali works personally on every patient at each of their visits. This affords her the opportunity to really get to know each of her patients over the course of their treatment.Dr Zainali earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 1985.
