About Mathisen W Curtis DDS
Drs. Curt Mathisen and Ruth Kosmalski provide gentle and caring dentistry for the entire family. We strive to deliver quality dental treatment at a fair price to our patients. Dr. Mathisen graduated from the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1975. He has been practicing in White Salmon since 1979. He and his wife, Elaina, have raised two sons here. They love to enjoy the natural beauty and recreation of the area. Dr. Mathisen is involved in community and church activities, and is available for appointments routinely on Mondays and Tuesdays.Dr. Kosmalski graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1985. After graduation she and her husband Tom moved Portland, OR because of all the wonderful outdoor activities available in the Northwest. Dr Kosmalski had her own dental practice in Gresham for 24 years, and then decided to spend more time in the Gorge. She now works as an Associate with Dr. Mathisen in White Salmon, and is available for appointments routinely on Wednesdays and Thursdays.In addition to a wide array of dental services that are offered by both dentists, Dr. Mathisen especially enjoys the following: Mini Dental Implants for small tooth replacement and Denture stabilization
